Communications and Community Conduct
By joining The General’s Army, you consent to receive communications including but not limited to SMS/text messages, emails, voice messages, live streams, and video calls (including Zoom sessions).
You agree not to share, record, or distribute any communication or its contents outside of the platform.
Members of The General’s Army community are strictly prohibited from pitching investments, business opportunities, partnerships, or financial solicitations directly to Brian Deegan through the platform or any affiliated communication channels.
Members are also strictly prohibited from soliciting, pitching, or attempting to involve Brian Deegan’s children in any business opportunity, investment, partnership, endorsement, or commercial activity. Any such behavior will be considered a severe violation of these Terms.
The General’s Army is a private community. Any form of unsolicited promotion, recruitment, investment pitching, or commercial solicitation within the community without prior written approval is prohibited.
Intellectual Property Rights
All content on The General’s Army website and related platforms—including but not limited to videos, photos, audio recordings, voice messages, text alerts, livestreams, Zoom sessions, emails, and downloadable materials—is the exclusive property of Brian Deegan and The General’s Army.
You are strictly prohibited from copying, recording, reproducing, distributing, publishing, or sharing any of this material in any form without prior written permission.
Unauthorized use or redistribution of content will result in a financial penalty of up to $100,000 per video and $25,000 per photo and may also result in legal action.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Florida for the resolution of any disputes.
